Our outer world is a direct reflection of our inner world.

Have you ever noticed you might perceive things that happen in your day-to-day life differently depending on your mood? From the big picture perspective, we see things as we are. Two people can look at the same situation and see something totally different. It’s because they see it based on where they’re at within themselves.

If someone is living from a more negative state because they haven’t yet healed certain parts of themselves, they will automatically see the negative in outside situations. But as we begin to heal and transform ourselves from the inside out, our outer world begins to reflect that back to us. We naturally begin to see the beauty and perfection in everything. A new way of being rises from the deepest, most spiritual part of ourselves and changes our lives for the better. But in order to get there, we must take responsibility for our healing and do our own inner transformational work.

I cover the process of transformation and changing from the inside out in my book, “Being Called to Change.” You’ll receive a step-by-step guide to healing yourself and creating real and lasting change in your world as a result!
