Relax ~ Surrender ~ Let Go 💜
…these are 4 simple, yet powerful words that can help us through any challenging situation.
We’ve all heard the saying, “Grow through what you go through.” But growing through a situation can be less painful with this mantra running through your mind.
If you have never used mantras, get ready for an effective tool that you can pull out of your toolbox whenever you need it. And if you have, then here is a beauty to add to your mantra kit!
This is a powerful technique that I recommend in many of my teachings. And this particular mantra helped me through health challenges that threatened to take my life when I was a younger man. My students have had great success with it in many areas as well, such as: overcoming addictions, having difficult conversations, confrontations with co-workers, asking for a raise, sitting in the dentist chair and more. Give it a try and see how it works for you!
The key is to make it part of your subconscious. How do you do that, you ask? By repeating it daily until it becomes ingrained in your cells. Say this mantra at least 10 times daily for a week (a month is even better!) – ideally first thing in the morning. To ensure you don’t forget it, write it on an index card and tape it to your mirror.
We can all overcome and achieve anything we set our mind to. The power is within each of us!
