How much do you accept the present moment? Do you live in a state of resistance, or do you live from a place of surrender and flow? Life becomes simpler and less complex when we’re willing to accept what is, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Someone who’s in resistance lives in a state of pushing. They might be trying to control and/or force life to be the way they want. They’re in a constant internal fight with themselves and their circumstances, which ultimately becomes very draining and sucks their personal power away. They can eventually close themselves off and even shut down. This is all rooted from a place of fear.
Someone who lives in a state of surrender understands the power and importance of letting go. They’re flowing and flexible with life. They’re open to creativity and possibility. They trust in themselves and the universe, knowing that even though they may not completely understand why certain things happen, there is a higher and greater purpose. Their peace, self-love, self-confidence and security naturally increase as a result of this trust.
I cover this in depth in my book, “Being Called to Change.” You will learn how to let go of resistance and step into your true potential!
