Striving to do our best is admirable. However, when it crosses the line into the quest for perfection, we can literally stop ourselves from moving forward.

Perfectionism is a very clever trick of the ego. Behavior rooted in the need to be perfect is a masked quest for the worst in ourselves. Someone with this issue can literally obsess and fixate over the smallest things that they don’t feel are good enough, to the point where they literally stop themselves from moving into the things they really should be doing. Or, if they do step into something, they pick every little thing apart, making it very hard to appreciate any kind of achievement. This can make someone feel extremely heavy and under constant pressure. Perfectionism stems from a disconnect from our true self.

The good news is, we can all reconnect with our true selves with the right guidance. I will help you do this in my online course, “Gateway to Personal Empowerment,”where you will be guided step-by-step through reconnecting with yourself. You’ll be shown exactly where you’ve been inhibiting your own growth and success, and how to reroute this in your life.
